この山は私がソフトで変化させても不思議だった

何か私の作っているものはただ変化させていてコピーしたように見られるかもしれない

しかし不思議なのはこの山は変化させたオリジナルのものとは違ったものでありコピーではないのだ

だから著作権違反にならない、別なものになっているしこんなふうになるとはその写真であれ撮った人でも想像もつかないからだ

ただ著作権違反として微妙なものがあることは確かである

でも私が作っている抽象画が全部著作権違反とはならないと思う

やはりそこには創造的なものがあり創作品として見せられるものがある

This mountain was strange even if I changed it softly

Something I'm making may just seem to change and copy

But what's strange is that this mountain is different from the original, changed, not a copy.

That's why it doesn't violate copyright, it's a different thing, and it's because you can't even imagine the person who took the photo.

There is no doubt that there is a subtle breach of copyright.

But I don't think all the abstract paintings I make are violating copyright

After all there is something creative that can be shown as a creative work
